Insights & Reflections
Due to the custom nature of the admin panel, many standard design practices were inapplicable. Instead of relying on conventional solutions, we focused on understanding staff workflows and adapting the system accordingly.
This challenge reinforced a key product design principle: assumptions must always be tested against real-world use. Even well-structured solutions can fall short when they don’t account for the full scope of user needs.
